T 细胞 CD 蛋白

T细胞是一种免疫系统中重要的白细胞类型，其在适应性免疫反应中起着核心作用。T细胞来源于骨髓中的造血干细胞。发育中的T细胞迁移到胸腺发育（或成熟）。迁移到胸腺后，前体细胞成熟为几种不同类型的T细胞。T 细胞在离开胸腺后也会继续分化。CD4 和 CD8 T 细胞在胸腺中被选择，但在外周进一步分化为具有不同功能的特化细胞。一组特定的分化T细胞亚型在控制和塑造免疫反应方面具有多种重要功能。其中一种功能是免疫介导的细胞死亡，它由两种主要亚型执行：CD8+“杀伤性”（细胞毒性）和CD4+“辅助性”T细胞。调节性T细胞是另一种独特的T细胞群，它们提供了耐受性的关键机制，免疫细胞能够将入侵细胞与“自身”区分开来。
