“药食同源”指许多食物即药物,中国古代医学家将中药的“四性”、“五味”理论运用到食物之中,认为每种食物也具有“四性”、“五味”,古希腊医学家希波克拉底提出“food is medicine”,现代医学认为饮食中包含的食物在控制炎症水平、平衡血糖、调节血压和血脂、帮助消化器官处理和消除代谢废物等方面起着关键作用。国家卫健委2002年公布了86种既是食品又是药品的中药名单,2019年新增6种,2023年新增党参等9种,2024年新增4种。 我们根据国家卫健委公布的药食同源原料以及相关的文献资料,精心筛选1639个药食同源的化合物,因其食物来源的特性,这些化合物安全性得到保证,具有很高的成药潜力,可用于高通量筛选和高内涵筛选。
