神经退行性疾病是机体神经元结构或功能逐渐丧失而引发的一类疾病,包括肌萎缩侧索硬化症(Amyotrophiclateral sclerosis,ALS)、帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)、阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)、亨廷顿氏病(Huntington’s disease,HD)以及脊髓性肌萎缩症(spinal muscular atrophy,SMA)等,目前这类疾病病因尚不明确并无有效治愈手段,且严重威胁着患者的生活质量。

TargetMol 基于目前的研究现状,收集了2154 种与神经退行性疾病相关的化合物,这些化合物或者对神经退行性疾病有一定的疗效,或者作用于神经退行性疾病相关的靶点,可以用于神经退行性疾病相关的药物研发和机制研究。
