ATTEC is a kind of autophagosome binding compound, which consists of target protein ligand, linker and LC3 ligand. ATTEC molecules can directly bind the target protein (POI) to the key autophagy protein LC3, and promote the degradation of the target protein through the autophagy lysosomal pathway.
