受体酪氨酸激酶

受体酪氨酸激酶 (Receptor Tyrosine Kinases) 是许多多肽生长因子、细胞因子和激素的高亲和力细胞表面受体。受体酪氨酸激酶已被证明不仅是正常细胞过程的关键调节因子，而且在许多类型癌症的发生和发展中也起着关键作用。受体酪氨酸激酶是蛋白酪氨酸激酶家族的一部分，包括含有跨膜结构域的受体酪氨酸激酶蛋白，以及不具有跨膜结构域的非受体酪氨酸激酶。
