Mature human ROR2 contains a 369 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) and a 518 aa cytoplasmic tail containing an tyrosine kinase domain. ROR2 Protein, Cynomolgus, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 42.29 kDa and the accession number is A0A7N9D5U8.
