1.Immobilized Anti-ROR1 (Zilovertamab Biosimilar) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human ROR1 Protein (His Tag) (Cat#TMPY-04649), the EC50 is 3.0-9.0 ng/mL(QC tested).
2.Loaded Anti-ROR1 (Zilovertamab Biosimilar) can bind Recombinant Human ROR1 Protein, His Tag (Cat#TMPY-04649) with an affinity constant of 19.3 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
3.Immobilized Recombinant Human ROR1 Protein (His Tag) (Cat#TMPY-04649) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-ROR1 (Zilovertamab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 0.8 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
4.Anti-ROR1 (Zilovertamab Biosimilar) captured on Protein A chip, can bind Recombinant Human ROR1 Protein (His Tag) (Cat#TMPY-04649) with an affinity constant of 88.420 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
