抑制性免疫检查点蛋白

抑制性免疫检查点分子在维持免疫稳态中起着至关重要的作用：它们效应 T 细胞上的表达确保了效应 T 细胞反应的适当紧缩；它们在调节性 T (Treg) 细胞上的表达促进了Treg细胞的抑制功能。阻断共抑制分子已被证实可以增强宿主对各种癌症的免疫应答，在癌症治疗中表现出显著的临床效果。
