产品描述	Rituximab is an anti-CD20 chimeric monoclonal antibody used to study certain autoimmune diseases and cancers.
靶点活性	RL cells:1.5 ± 0.1 nM (0.22 mg/ml), Ramos cells:1 ± 0.1 nM (0.15 mg/ml)
体外活性	方法：使用 0、2.5、5 和 10 μg/mL Rituximab处理B细胞，观察Rituximab对B细胞增值的影响。结果：在 5 μg/mL 浓度下对B细胞增殖有最佳抑制作用。[1]
体内活性	方法：在4小时内给予肿瘤患者 100 mg Rituximab。然后以每周 3 次的方案输注，持续 4 周，并在患者中检查caspase-3和PARP的表达和蛋白水解过程。结果：Rituximab诱导 caspase-3 的裂解，随后出现对应于催化活性蛋白酶的大亚基的 17-kd 裂解产物，还检测到PARP（一种已知的半胱天冬酶底物）的裂解。[2]

Rituximab was added to tumor cells (1×106 /mL) in complete medium supplemented by human serum, inactivated or not by incubation at 56°C for 30 minutes. After 2 hours at 37°C, cell lysis was determined by PI staining of cells and analysis by flow cytometry.
