刺激性免疫检查点蛋白

刺激性免疫检查点蛋白与抑制途径减弱免疫系统相反，共刺激分子可通过增强免疫反应来对抗恶性细胞。恶性细胞通常通过抑制共刺激途径来促进肿瘤的发生。OX40、GITR、ICOS、4-1BB、CD40 等刺激检查点分子在调节 T 细胞效应功能中发挥关键作用，激活共刺激通路可能提高检查点抑制效果，导致持久的抗肿瘤反应。
