Immobilized Human CD27, His Tag at 0.5 μg/ml (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human CD27 Ligand, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.14 μg/ml determined by ELISA.
研究背景
CD27, also known as TNFRSF7, is an approximately 55 kDa transmembrane protein in the TNF receptor superfamily. It functions as a co‑stimulatory molecule that supports lymphocyte activation and survival. It binds to ligand CD70, and plays a key role in regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis.

For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
