It demonstrates inhibitory effects on SARS-CoV-2 induced cytotoxicity in Caco-2 cells at a concentration of 10 µM with an inhibition rate of 5.34% after 48 hours. Additionally, it inhibits the SARS-CoV-2 3CL-Pro protease by 9.039% at a concentration of 20 µM. Despite the mixed results in high content imaging analysis for VERO-6 cells, ACEPROMAZINE MALEATE shows a range of antiviral activities, highlighting its potential for further investigation..
