产品描述	Retinyl acetate (Vitamin A acetate) is a group of unsaturated nutritional hydrocarbons, that contains retinal, retinol, retinoic acid, and several provitamins A carotenoids, among which beta-carotene is the most important.
体外活性	Retinyl acetate （VAA）（在其它常规饮食基础上补充）对105个半同种异体细胞（亚最佳剂量）在小鼠的宿主抗嫁接（HvG）反应中有应答，而常规饮食能的小鼠则无此现象。[2] Retinyl acetate 能终止通过在新生CBA小鼠体内静脉注射（CBA X C57BL/10ScSn）F1杂交种淋巴细胞而诱发的稳固且持久的耐受状态，其效果是增加产生IL-2的T细胞群体的比例。[3] 补充Retinyl acetate 的饮食使得高剂量Mycobacterium bovis感染的小鼠对分枝杆菌纯化蛋白衍生物的皮肤反应呈阳性，并且它们的脾细胞在体外显示出增加的IL-2产生。[4]
