Prednisolone (Hydroretrocortine) is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties.
体外活性

在豚鼠中,Prednisolone诱导PL-氧分压的明显下降.在大鼠中,Prednisolone（5 mg/kg） 引起膈肌收缩和组织学变化,引起膈肌束的数量增加.

体内活性

在四头肌和比目鱼肌中,Prednisolone（0.75 mg/kg）能够减少巨噬细胞、CD4（+）T细胞、CD8+ T细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞。在鼠中性粒细胞中,Prednisolone（50 mg/kg ）抑制了脂多糖刺激的NOS的mRNA的水平。Prednisolone能够通过减少细胞粘附分子的表达,介导抗炎效应。
