It also inhibited SARS-CoV-2 induced cytotoxicity in Caco-2 cells by 18.01% at 10 µM after 48 hours and demonstrated minimal inhibition of the SARS-CoV-2 3CL-Pro protease by 9.156% at 20 µM using a FRET assay..
