疼痛的产生机制是一个复杂的过程,涉及多个层面,包括生理、心理和神经生物学方面,疼痛主要的机制包括:痛觉感受器的激活,痛觉感受器是分布在皮肤、内脏、骨骼肌和关节等部位的专门感知有害刺激的感觉神经末梢。致痛物质的释放:当组织损伤时,会释放多种致痛物质,如组胺、缓激肽、5-羟色胺、乙酰胆碱、前列腺素等,这些物质能激活痛觉感受器。此外还包括神经信号传导、中枢调控、心理因素等等
