产品描述	Diethylmaleate (Maleic acid, diethyl ester) is the diethyl ester of maleic acid and a glutathione-depleting compound that inhibits NF-kB.
体外活性	Diethylmaleate和iodoacetate的组合以时间和浓度依赖的方式对星形胶质细胞造成了增强的损伤[1]。
体内活性	在TR-大鼠中，尽管高尔基体和内质网发生了扩张，但由二乙基顺丁烯二酸酯引起的高尔基体（及内质网）的改变不太可能在二乙基顺丁烯二酸酯的管道分泌过程中发挥作用。
