Scopolamine can increase acetylcholinesterase activity by was significantly attenuated by RCM treatment. 3. Scopolamine can cause learning and memory impairments and galantamine can reverse the symptom. 4. Scopolamine produces rapid and significant symptom improvement in patients with depression.
