体内活性 | Cysteamine作为一种治疗胱氨酸储存症的手段,通过耗尽溶酶体中的胱氨酸而发挥作用。Cystamine能够通过结合其活性中心的半胱氨酸来抑制转谷氨酰胺酶的活性。Cysteamine能够提高大脑中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的水平,这一效应源于热休克DNAJ含蛋白1(HSJ1)表达的增加。Cysteamine能够抑制化学诱导或辐射后诱导的胃部和乳腺肿瘤的形成。Cysteamine的使用还能够通过减少金属蛋白酶的表达和活性,抑制小鼠模型中胰腺癌的转移。[1] |
