MHC (Major Histocompatibility Complex) 主要组织相容性复合体,是一组位于细胞表面的蛋白质,其主要功能是展示抗原片段给T细胞,这一过程对免疫系统识别和清除感染至关重要。MHC分为两类:MHC I 分子:存在于几乎所有核状细胞的表面。它们将内部产生的蛋白质(如病毒蛋白或肿瘤蛋白)的片段展示给 CD8+ T 细胞(细胞毒性 T 细胞)。这有助于免疫系统检测和消灭被感染的细胞或癌细胞。MHC II 分子:主要表达在免疫系统的专职抗原呈递细胞(如树突状细胞、巨噬细胞和 B细胞)上。它们呈递来自细胞外环境的抗原片段给 CD4+ T 细胞(辅助 T 细胞),从而启动和调节免疫应答。
