Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate (TDTBPP) isolated from Vitex negundoL inhibits secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2). Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate has anti-inflammatory activity.
体外活性

方法：KGN、MA-10 和 C18-4 细胞用 Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate (0.1-100 µM) 处理 48 h，通过 Hoechst 33342 stained 检测细胞数。
结果：Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate 对 3 种细胞系中的任何一种都没有细胞毒性。[1]

体内活性

方法：为检测体内急性抗炎活性，将 Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate (50-70 mg/kg，0.1% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in 1M phosphate buffer pH 7.2) 给药给 carrageenan 诱导的大鼠足跖水肿模型。
结果：50 mg/kg 和 70 mg/kg 剂量的 Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate 在 carrageenan 诱导的足跖水肿模型中表现出显著的抗炎活性。Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate 显著降低了生爪水肿的体积。[2]
