Neurodazine is a neural inducer that promotes the differentiation of pluripotent cells into neuronal cells.Neurodazine promotes differentiation by activating Wnt and Shh signaling.
体外活性

Treatment with Neurodazine (5 μM; 1-10 d) induces the expression of neuron-specific markers in P19 cells[2].
Neurodazine selectively suppresses astrocyte differentiation of P19 cells[2].
