产品描述	D228, a natural product from Chimonanthus salicifolius, is an orally available anti-inflammatory agent with favorable inhibitory activity on B and T lymphocytes, down-regulation of MyD88/TRAF6/p38 and up-regulation of IL-10 to reduce inflammation, and can be used for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
体外活性	D228 能有效抑制 Concanavalin A（ConA）诱导的人 T 淋巴细胞的增殖，IC₅₀ 为 42.85 μM。[1]
体内活性	在 DSS 诱导的 C57BL/6 小鼠慢性 IBD 模型中，口服给予 D228（40 mg/kg/天，连续14天）显著改善了体重下降和结肠缩短。[1]
