体外活性	BCX 1470 methanesulfonate is an inhibitor serine protease. BCX 1470 blocks the esterolytic and hemolytic activities of the complement enzymes Cls and factor D in vitro.
体内活性	BCX 1470 methanesulfonate blocked the development of RPA-induced edema in the rat.
