产品描述	Pteropodine (Uncarine C) is a monoterpenoid indole alkaloid belonging to the class of natural products with a five-ring structure. It acts as a positive allosteric modulator of M1 muscarinic acetylcholine receptors and 5-HT2 serotonin receptors, concentration-dependently enhancing receptor signaling responses induced by agonists. Pteropodine exhibits immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective activities and is commonly used in research on natural medicines and bioactive plant compounds.
体外活性	Pteropodine 和 isoPteropodine (1-30 μM) 自身不诱导膜电流，但可浓度依赖性和可逆地增强乙酰胆碱及5-HT诱发的电流反应，最大效应在30 μM[1]。 Pteropodine (30 μM) 使乙酰胆碱诱发的电流反应增加2.7倍，EC50为9.52 μM。 Pteropodine (30 μM) 使5-HT诱发的电流反应增加2.4倍，EC50为13.5 μM。 Pteropodine (10 μM) 和 isoPteropodine (10 μM) 显著降低乙酰胆碱和5-HT的EC50值，但不影响两种激动剂诱发的最大电流反应[1]。
