产品描述	K 579 is a dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitor.
体内活性	K 579 inhibits rat, canine, human, and monkey enzymes (IC50: 3, 5, 8, and 8 nM respectively). It also attenuates glucose excursion following glucose loading in Zucker fatty rats.
