COX/5-LO-IN-1 is a cyclooxygenase and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) inhibitor, and used for inflammatory and allergic disease states.

体外活性

COX / 5-LO-IN-1 reduces the biosynthesis of leukotrienes B4, C4, D4 and E4 and cyclooxygenase products (such as prostaglandins and thromboxanes) and can be used to treat inflammation and allergic diseases[1]. COX/5-LO-IN-1 shows inhibitory activities against 5-lipoxygenase(IC50 of 0.2 μM in human whole blood)[2].
