产品描述	Anti-inflammatory agent 51 is an amide/sulfonamide derivative with anti-inflammatory and potentially anti-tumor activity and inhibition of NF-κB activation, which can be used to study acute lung injury and ulcerative colitis.
靶点活性	IL-6:0.61 μM (J774A.1 cells), TNF-α:4.34 μM (J774A.1 cells)
体外活性	Anti-inflammatory agent 51 (compound 11d) effectively reduces the release of IL-6 (IC50 value of 0.61 μM) and TNF-α (IC50 of 4.34 μM), and decreases the mRNA levels of cytokines in J774A.1 cells. Anti-inflammatory agent 51 restores IκBα and inhibits the translocation of phosphorylated p65 to the nucleus [1].
体内活性	Anti-inflammatory agent 51 (compound 11d) improves lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) and alleviates dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis in mice [1].
