体内活性	In rats, the subcutaneous administration of Ispronicline (10-20 mg/kg) leads to the induction of c-Fos expression in specific regions of the forebrain[1]. The pharmacokinetics of Ispronicline, characterized by a half-life of 2 hours in rats, contrasts with the sustained enhancement of working memory, lasting from 18 hours to 2 days[2].
