产品描述	Sotigalimab (APX005M) is a humanized agonistic anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody that activates antigen-presenting cells by mimicking the function of the endogenous CD40 ligand (CD40L), thereby systemically enhancing the antitumor immune response. Sotigalimab is being investigated for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic cancer and melanoma.
体内活性	方法：构建小鼠同源肿瘤模型，腹腔注射Sotigalimab 10 mg/kg，每 3 天 1 次，连续给药14 天；采用流式细胞术、免疫组化检测肿瘤微环境免疫细胞亚群及活化状态。结果：Sotigalimab 可有效活化肿瘤内抗原呈递细胞（DC / 巨噬细胞），提升 CD8 + 效应 T 细胞浸润。[1]
