Ragifilimab (INCAGN-1876) is a monoclonal antibody agonist that specifically targets glucocorticoid-induced TNF receptor-related protein (GITR). Ragifilimab binds to and activates GITR on the surface of T cells, thereby activating effector T cells (Teff) and suppressing the immunosuppressive function of regulatory T cells (Treg), thus stimulating the immune system to enhance its antitumor activity. Ragifilimab is indicated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors and for research into tumor immunotherapy mechanisms.
