产品描述	Maridebart cafraglutide (AMG 133) is a novel long-acting peptide-antibody conjugate that functions as both a GLP-1 receptor agonist and a GIP receptor antagonist. For GIP receptor antagonism, Maridebart cafraglutide shows IC₅₀ values of 46.4 nM (human), 26.5 nM (cynomolgus monkey), and 822.3 nM (rat). For GLP-1 receptor agonism, Maridebart cafraglutide exhibits EC₅₀ values of 24.4 pM (human), 5.7 pM (cynomolgus monkey), 2.4 pM (rat), and 123 pM (mouse). Given these pharmacological characteristics, Maridebart cafraglutide has potential applications in research on obesity and type 2 diabetes.
