产品描述	Glucocorticoid receptor modulator 1 is a highly effective and orally administered NF-κB and AP-1 inhibitor with IC50 values of 9 nM and 130 nM, respectively. It can downregulate the expression of inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, and MMP-13, thereby alleviating skin inflammation.
