体外活性 | α-Hydroxyglutaric Acid Lithium inhibits the activity of multiple histone demethylases. In the active site of histone demethylases, α-Hydroxyglutaric Acid Lithium occupies the same space as α-KG, leading to inhibition of their activity. Additionally, α-Hydroxyglutaric Acid Lithium inhibits the activity of TET 5-methylcytosine hydroxylases[1].Treatment of U-87MG cells with α-Hydroxyglutaric Acid Lithium at concentrations ranging from 10 to 50 mM results in increased levels of HIF-1α and decreased levels of endostatin[1]. |
