PG-11047 2HCl (13 nM-5 mM; 72 h) inhibits the growth of members of a broad range of mammary cell lineages, with basal-like cell lines being inhibited at lower concentrations than luminal cell lines.[1]
PG-11047 2HCl (0.3, 10, 300 μM; 48 h, 72 h) shows a significant reduction in S-phase fraction at doses that produce little apoptosis.[1]
