NebivololO-β-D-glucuronide is a derivative of Nebivolol. Nebivolol is an orally active β-receptor blocker with high affinity for the β(1)-receptor. It exhibits direct vasodilatory effects and adrenergic blocking properties. Nebivolol is utilized in research for conditions such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and ischemic heart disease.
