MProinhibitor 11b is an inhibitor of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) main protease (MPro; IC50= 0.04 μM in a TR-FRET assay).1It reduces viral yield in the culture supernatant of SARS-CoV-2-infected Vero E6 cells (EC50= 0.72 μM).
