By blocking iron regulator binding and stabilizing the cell surface iron transporter, LY2928057 promotes iron release and utilization, making it applicable to research on anemia-related conditions such as chronic inflammatory anemia.
体外活性	LY2928057 是靶向铁转运蛋白的单克隆抗体。LY2928057 结合铁转运蛋白并阻断与铁调素的相互作用，导致铁外流，导致猴子和人类血清铁和转铁蛋白饱和度水平升高，铁调素增加。[1] 方法：选用人肺动脉平滑肌细胞（hPASMCs），LY2928057（1 μg/mL）预处理 1.5 h 进行干预，然后给予铁调素（1 μg/mL）刺激，处理时间2.5 h、24 h、48 h。RT-PCR、Western blot、ELISA、免疫荧光检测铁转运蛋白（ferroportin）、铁调素、CD163、IREB2表达。结果：LY2928057 可阻断铁调素结合铁转运蛋白导致的其内吞降解，细胞铁蓄积。[3]
