体外活性

KRAS G12C inhibitor 18 (compound 34) inhibits the growth of many KRas G12C mutant tumor cell lines (such as H358, SW1436, MiaPaca-2 cells, etc.)[1].

体内活性

KRAS G12C inhibitor 18 exhibits a dose dependent inhibiton of pERK and active KRas after a single dose treatment from 12.5 to 100 mg/kg at 8 hours[1]. KRAS G12C inhibitor 18 (30 mg/kg; p.o.; twice daily) exhibits anti-tumor growth activity in lung cancer H358 xenograft mouse model[1].
