产品描述	Ethynyl estradiol is a semisynthetic alkylated ESTRADIOL with a 17-alpha-ethinyl substitution. It has high estrogenic potency when administered orally, and is often used as the estrogenic component in ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES.
体外活性	Ethynyl estradiol 在培养的大鼠肝细胞和HepG2细胞中提高了呼吸链活性，并且是肝癌发生的强促进剂。[1] Ethynyl estradiol 提高了雌性大鼠肝脏中核基因组和线粒体基因组编码基因的转录水平及呼吸链活性，并抑制了培养的肝切片和雌性大鼠肝细胞中转化生长因子β(TGFβ)诱导的凋亡。Ethynyl estradiol 显著增加了培养的雌性大鼠肝细胞中线粒体基因组编码的基因，包括细胞色素氧化酶亚单位I、II和III的转录水平。Ethynyl estradiol 还显著增加了以蛋白质计的每毫克线粒体和核中谷胱甘肽（还原型[GSH]和氧化型[GSSG]形式）的水平，而总谷胱甘肽中的氧化形式百分比未受影响。[2]
体内活性	Ethynyl estradiol (50 mg/kg/天)增加雌性长埃文斯鼠的肛门距离，降低出生后第2天幼仔体重，加快阴道开口的年龄，减少F1生育力和F2窝大小，并在女性长埃文斯鼠中引起外生殖器畸形(5 mg/kg)。[3]Ethynyl estradiol 在大鼠肝脏中增加低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体的数量，从而显著降低血浆胆固醇水平。在雄性和雌性兔的肝脏中，Ethynyl estradiol 具有相同的作用，受体数量的增加与受体mRNA水平的6至8倍增加相关。[4]
