产品描述	Baminercept (BG 9924) is a lymphotoxin-β receptor-immunoglobulin fusion protein that blocks the lymphotoxin-α/LIGHT axis. Baminercept selectively binds to the ligand of the lymphotoxin-β receptor (LTβR), thereby blocking LTβR signaling and influencing the migration of immune cells. Baminercept also increases the number of lymphocytes in the blood and reduces plasma CXCL13 levels. Baminercept is being studied for the treatment of primary Sjögren’s syndrome (SS) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
体内活性	Baminercept (100 mg/kg) 可在部分妊娠大鼠中诱导母体肝脏毒性，但在食蟹猴或未妊娠大鼠中无此作用。[1]
