体外活性 | Anticancer agent 43 (compound 3a) exhibits selectivity towards human tumor cells, with an SI50 of 28.94[1]. In HepG2 cells treated with 45 µM for 24 hours, Anticancer agent 43 induces apoptosis through caspase 3, PARP1, and Bax-dependent pathways[1]. However, it has no effect on the transition of G1/S phases in HepG2 cells at the same concentration and time point[1]. Additionally, in various cell lines, including HCT116, MCF-7, HepG2, and Balb/c 3T3 cells, Anticancer agent 43 induces DNA damage at concentrations of 0.7, 45, and 55 µM, as evidenced by tail DNA and Olive Tail Moment (OTM) measurements[1]. |
