肿瘤的代谢异常已成为肿瘤学研究的热点,细胞代谢的重编程对于癌细胞维持生存和无限增殖至关重要。从德国科学家Warburg 发现肿瘤细胞存在有氧糖酵解的现象到如今对肿瘤代谢活动的各个方面(糖、脂肪、氨基酸等)的解析和复杂代谢调控网络的发现, 肿瘤代谢的研究进入了更加引人注目的高地。因此,肿瘤细胞异常的代谢通路(如葡萄糖和谷氨酰胺代谢途径)、关键代谢调控因子(如cMYC、HIF、p53)及代谢酶(如PKM、IDH、GLS)可能是肿瘤治疗的关键靶点。针对肿瘤细胞代谢改变的重要特征及其分子机制, 研制出针对特定代谢通路或特定代谢酶的高效抗肿瘤药物, 从而用于临床治疗一直是肿瘤代谢研究的目标和追求。 我们根据相关文献报道筛选了多种肿瘤代谢相关的生物活性小分子组成抗癌细胞代谢库,是进行抗肿瘤药物筛选的理想工具。
