Ubrogepant-d5 (MK-1602-d5) is the deuterium-labeled version of Ubrogepant. It is an orally active and selective antagonist of the calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor (CGRP). Ubrogepant exhibits high affinity for CGRP receptors in humans and rhesus monkeys, effectively blocking the cAMP response induced by α-CGRP stimulation. This compound is utilized in studies focused on acute migraine.
