体外活性	Atogepant对人类克隆的CGRP IC50=0.026 nM。 Atogepant 对人和非人类 CGRP 受体的结合亲和力分别为：人类（克隆型）Ki=0.015 nM，人类（天然型）Ki=0.026 nM，猕猴 Ki=0.009 nM，大鼠 Ki=0.7 nM，小鼠 Ki=0.13 nM，兔子 Ki=2.1 nM，狗 Ki=1.2 nM。[1][2]
体内活性	口服给药大鼠 Atogepant（剂量分别为 3、10 和 30 mg/kg），每天一次，连续 9 天，Atogepant 有效减轻了由硝酸甘油引起的大鼠面部异常性疼痛，同时改善了辣椒素诱导的灵长类真皮血管扩张。[2]
