产品描述	Tanezumab (RN-624) is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting NGF (nerve growth factor). It inhibits the sensitisation and conduction of peripheral pain fibres by blocking the interaction between NGF and the p75 and TrkA receptors, thereby treating various acute and chronic pain conditions, including osteoarthritis, knee arthritis, and neuropathic pain.
体外活性	方法：为了评估 Tanezumab 对细胞迁移的影响，MiaPaCa-2 和 CFPAC-1 细胞经 100 ng/mL 药物处理，孵育 48 小时后进行细胞迁移实验。结果： Tanezumab 显著抑制了 MiaPaCa-2 和 CFPAC-1 细胞的迁移能力 [3]。
体内活性	方法：为了评估 Tanezumab 的体内抗肿瘤效果，在 MiaPaCa-2 异种移植瘤小鼠模型中，以 10 mg/kg 剂量每日皮下注射，连续给药 8 周。结果： Tanezumab 可降低肿瘤体积和神经侵犯直径，并改善后肢功能障碍 [3]。
