MPSD (MARCKS-ED) is a 25-amino acid residue peptide derived from the effector domain sequence of the endoplasmic reticulum protein MARCKS. It can detect membrane curvature and identify phosphatidylserine, functioning as a biological probe for examining membrane morphology and lipid composition.
