KL1333 hydrochloride improves energy metabolism and mitochondrial dysfunction in fibroblasts of mitochondrial encephalomyopathy, lactic acidosis, and stroke-like episodes (MELAS). It also has a protective effect against cisplatin-induced ototoxicity in cultured mouse cochlea. |
