Human Amnion Type V collagen (immunization grade) is a highly purified form of collagen derived from human amnion. It has the ability to stimulate the immune system of animals to produce antibodies specific to this collagen. Additionally, this collagen serves as a hydrolytic substrate for MMP (matrix metalloproteinases).
