产品描述	Fulranumab (AMG-403) is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting nerve growth factor (NGF), which blocks the binding and activation of NGF with TrkA and p75NTR and has analgesic effects, and can be used for the study of chronic pain.
体外活性	方法：采用不同浓度的 Fulranumab（5–200 μg/mL），评估其对抗 Fulranumab 抗体及酸处理 NGF 引起的假阳性抗药抗体（ADA）的抑制效果。结果： Fulranumab（200 μg/mL，60 分钟）可完全抑制 10 ng/mL 抗 Fulranumab 抗体，对 100 和 1,000 ng/mL 抗体抑制率超 90%；5–100 μg/mL Fulranumab 可剂量依赖性地部分抑制假阳性 ADA 反应。[1]
